Abstract:
With printed organic circuits a new kind of electronics is born, which has the potential to revolutionize the spread of today’s electronic applications. This innovation is basically possible through inexpensive and fast fabrication methods for the realization of electronic products, like printing techniques using soluble organic materials. A major application for printed electronics is the field of radio-frequency identification (RFID). This application would benefit enormously from low priced electronics that is available in high volumes.
