In the paper a computer simulation of bistatic and monostatic ISAR images of point scatterers and complex CAD models of targets are presented. The point scatterers bistatic model is proposed which takes into account the translational radial motion of the scatterers additional to the platform rotation together with stagger ambiguity. Bistatic ISAR images are generated with given radar parameters. The image defocusing due to translational motion and stagger is discussed.
