Abstract:
In this paper presented algorithm for the electrohysical estimation of surface parameters (these parameters consists in radar cross-section which is statistical characteristic of the scattered electromagnetic field) which consist in second-order statistic of the received signal. Proposed methods based on stochastic models of the scattered electromagnetic field. These models are characterises by fluctuations of the phase/amplitude of the received signal. Scene was represented as a set of independent scatters with a-priory unknown scattering coefficient and scattering probability density. Due to this surface model was derived equation for covariance function of the input signal and proposed generalised optimal methods for surface parameters estimation. Imaging accuracy of different methods were compared.
