Abstract:
The article discusses the underlying physical limitations of power semiconductor devices on the path to high frequency system integration. We will discuss specific challenges for power factor correction, isolating PWM stage and synchronous rectification. Solutions to overcome specific challenges are presented in each chapter specifically be it based on device or system level.
