Abstract:
To develop microelectronic products with automotive quality, many measures have been proposed in the past. Some of them are related to the fabrication process. Others are related to the circuit design process and the connected pre- and post-silicon verification. This paper discusses some of these design and verification measures and especially focuses on: top-down design flow, application-based verification and verification space exploration. All this is shown for the development of a power bridge of a throttle system.
