Abstract:
This paper presents two novel active quasi circulator modules. Both symmetric modules, use the nonreciprocal properties of microwave unilateral amplifiers, and have many variations. They composed of four unilateral generic amplifiers. These modules can be used for very wide frequency range depending on the type of the employed unilateral amplifier. Also they can be used in MMICs as an active circulator and in other high frequency applications.
