Abstract:
In this paper a new multiport (4-port) antenna for MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) antenna systems is presented. It is based on the combination of elementary antenna types such as a microstrip resonator as well as a monopole and a magnetic dipole. The return loss coefficient of each port, the decoupling between the ports, the radiation pattern of each antenna and the radiation pattern correlation factor will be given in this paper.
