Abstract:
Active ReflectArrays have proven to be candidates with strong assets as low cost and high performance phased array antennas. THALES Systèmes Aéroportés has been developing for some years a concept based on a waveguide phase shifting unit cell, and applied for various applications. A new XBand high gain electronically scanned ReflectArray antenna operating in X band has been developed by CNES and TSA for an application in a spaceborne telemetry system, and will be presented here.
