Abstract:
Rectenna circuits are the subject of more and more interest because of the increase in the use of mobile electrical applications. This study explores the possibility of using integrating technology to design high efficient rectenna circuits. The study was done for two levels of microwave power to illustrate the two applications that may be used; electricity scavenging and microwave power transmission (MPT). The topologies that are presented in this paper ware studied using another technology, this permits to compare the performances of each technology.
