Abstract:
The SABRINA-X receiver designed for bistatic operation with TerraSAR-X class satellites is described. The main performance parameters of the receiver shown its adequacy for near-range bistatic acquisitions using simple rectangular horn antennas. First results are presented showing the correct signal envelope and a first bistatic TerraSAR-X image acquired over Barcelona.
