Abstract:
A novel two-channel polarimetric reflector antenna has been developed for the DRDC Ottawa X-Band Wideband Experimental Radar (XWEAR) Data Acquisition System. Antenna gain and phase patterns have been measured on the Near Field Range of the David Florida Laboratory of the Canadian Space Agency. Results including differences between polarizations will provide input to calibration of the new polarimetric mode of the XWEAR.
