Abstract:
The paper critically analyses the state of the art of the general architecture and philosophy to ensure the security of power system operation with respect to the Defence Systems. A short overview of the existing of the Italian Defence System named EDA/DSA is presented. The influence and impact of advanced Defense System on Producers and Distributors it’s further described. Finally, are discussed some perspectives from WAMS applications.
