Abstract:
In this paper a Generalized Likelihood Ratio Test (GLRT) to identify persistent scatterers (PS) is proposed. In order to take into account the disturbance as clutter rather than noise, the disturbance is modeled as a circularly complex Gaussian random vector with zero-mean correlated elements.
