              Abstract:
The main properties of a bistatic quasi-mirror radar of the sea surface are considered in an approximation of quasi-mirror scattering from isotropic surface waves. Surface-wave scattering diagrams determining the radar energetic and width of the radar survey area, are calculated under horizontal polarization and arbitrary fall angles. The follow factors are considered: the form of “flare track”, across resolution, ground range scale extensive, frequency separate of survey zones and measuring possibilities of interferometer that’s placed on the receiving vehicle.
