Abstract:
This paper reports a synchronization method for the output phase of multiple parallel ??-Fractional-N-PLLs synthesizers used in a 60 GHz phased-array system. The proposed approach makes highly accurate phase control possible. An implementation is developed, and a prototype is assembled and characterized.
