Abstract:
In recent years, the electrical energy needed by ICT equipmentis important and still increasing. In the same time, ICT companies are looking for more and more efficiency and reliability of their equipment. For these reasons, telecom sites and data centers are moving to new power distributions, specially the 380 VDC power and are using more and more green energy like solar energy. This paper presents a hybrid PV-three phase grid connected PFC Vienna boost rectifier for telecom load. The hybrid power system’s control loop insures a power management of the telecom load demand and increases the availability of the overall system. Extensive simulations, under telecom load variation, are carried out in order to illustrate the good performances of the proposed system.
