Abstract:
A Radio-over-Fiber link for complex modulation formats based transmission at millimeter wave frequencies is presented. The transmitter uses a dispersion tolerant SSB scheme based on coherent optical carriers from an optical frequency comb. Transmission experiments are presented involving 25 kilometers of fiber optic transmission and up to 4 meters wireless link.
