Abstract:
Industrial enterprises operating in a technological area are reliant on having available the latest state-of-the-art of the technology they are concerned with – or even better, they are able to push that technology by themselves. Mostly the success of the enterprise is connected with its potential to innovate, what means its ability to drive innovation. In the following is presented that enterprises based on technology must permanently generate innovation in order to remain successful in the long term. Thereafter five key elements are presented, which are necessary for a systematic, continuous, and holistic innovation approach. How those key elements are turned into reality in workaday life of a company is illustrated by means of numerous practical examples.
