Abstract:
This paper develops a vector Lyapunov function based approach to the stabilization and H¥ control of continuous and discrete 2D nonlinear systems described in Roesser model form. The property of global asymptotic stability is defined and sufficient conditions for the existence of this property obtained in terms of vector Lyapunov functions. An extension to nonlinear continuous-time Roesser systems with Markovian switching is also developed.
