Abstract:
In the context of this paper, a model of a virtual power plant will be introduced. This virtual power plant is capable of compensating schedule deviations on electrical balancing groups. After pointing out the research objectives, the developed methods and tools will be presented. They are needed for a computer simulation of the overall system. This complete system includes not only the model of the virtual power plant. Furthermore a scalable model of a balancing group, a schedule management and forecasts relevant factors will be included. In the end it is given a business review of the entire system from the perspective of a balancing group responsible.
