Abstract:
This contribution deals with the empirical analysis of the re-centered normalized frequency mean square correlation (RC-NFMSR). The study of RC-NFMSR is used to characterize the frequency selectivity of multipath indoor fading channels within a large exhibition hall in a line of sight scenario. The investigation is of special interest to the modeling of radio propagation channels. The analysis is based on second central order statistics by means of the covariance matrix of the fading channels. This allows to draw conclusions on essential channel qualities.
