Abstract:
Geosynchronous SAR interferometry (InSAR) and differential interferometry (DInSAR) are known to have significant impacts on geoscience applications. However, the complex geosynchronous SAR orbit and extremely long integral time may prevent the focusing of targets with height, without which interferometry processing could not be realized. Considering the problem, a novel signal model of targets with height in geosynchronous SAR was established in this paper firstly. Then based on the signal model, the influence factors and capability of focusing in GEO SAR were demonstrated. Finally, the theoretical results were validated by simulated data and height range in focused imaging were obtained.
