Abstract:
AC Contactor is one of the important electromechanical components and its reliability has great influence on the automatic control system. By analyzing the main failure modes of AC contactor under different load conditions, reliability index, test method and reliability evaluation method were put forward. Level of failure rate, which is set six levels according to the maximum failure rate, is adopted as reliability index, and reliability compliance test is adopted as reliability evaluation methods according to reliability sampling theory to evaluate reliability of contactor random failure. In addition, reliable life as the reliability characteristic and reliability determination test are adopted to evaluate degradation failure of AC contactor. At last, the reliability test device of contactor was developed based on the reliability test plan.
