Abstract:
An innovative real data aided frequency hopping inverse synthetic aperture radar (FH-ISAR) simulator is presented in this paper. Real data obtained by conventional ISAR is used as the input dataset, and a series of virtual FH-ISAR dataset, which is simulated, or reproduced based on the input dataset, are obtained given parameters as pulse numbers, frequency hopping bandwidth, frequency hopping code, etc. This simulator can also complete imaging procession and series of clear images of non-cooperative targets which has the inherent precise complexities of real maneuvering target’s movement, can be obtained. It provides a necessary and cool toolkit for FH-ISAR investigations.c
