Abstract:
Same as design concept of the Industrie 4.0, for meeting various consumer demands recent production systems have been switched from high volume production of single type to variant volume production of multiple types. To achieve highly productivity and quality of machinery line together with highly flexibility in human cell production, we developed intelligent robotic technologies. In this paper, we describe four intelligent technologies (a. Force control and inspection, b. 3-D vision sensor, c. Real-time collision avoidance d. Cooperative operation) which are used for adding flexible adaptability to variable situations in the production equipment. After that, in order to show the effectiveness of proposed technologies the prototype robotic cell production system and other different types of practical cell production systems are described.
