We demonstrate a method of generating twisted lights carrying orbital angular momentum (OAM) whose topological number ranges from l = 1 to 4 at the wavelength of 980 nm using dielectric metasurfaces array on silicon-on-insulator platform. Furthermore, we observe and detect the twisted light generated by the designed metasurface array.
