A beam-angle control of 1.3-µm high-power DFB laser without mode-profile degradation was demonstrated using monolithically-integrated mirror and lens. By tuning the mirror angle and lens position, wide-range angled beam (up to 20º) without degradation in mode profile was successfully achieved.
