Abstract:
By exploiting graphene-enhanced degenerate four-wave mixing in a graphene-silicon microring resonator, we propose and experimentally demonstrate selective wavelength conversion of multi-channel 16-QAM signal at 5 Gbaud. Efficient wavelength conversion and low crosstalk are observed when the channel spacing is 100 GHz and 50 GHz, respectively.
