Abstract:
In the application of bistatic synthetic aperture radar(SAR), transmitter and receiver are mounted on different platforms, which causes the two-dimensional coupled velocities of moving target and two radar platforms. And it makes location for moving target get difficultly. In this paper, first we build the bistatic SAR range-Doppler(RD) location model. Second we utilize the phase deviation between two channels in receiver to estimate the equivalent radial velocity of moving target. Finally we use differential evolution algorithm to get moving target location with the relationship between Doppler frequency and the equivalent radial velocity of moving target. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of this proposed method.
