Abstract:
Some inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging algorithms under the supposition that the targets rotate uniformly during a short observation are limited on image resolution, and even have catastrophic failure when the targets have more complex motions. For this problem, a joint scheme to reconstruct the high-resolution imageries and estimate the rotation parameters for maneuvering targets is proposed. Then high resolution images and the rotation parameters are alternately solved by compressive sensing. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
