Abstract:
N-SAR (SAR of Nanjing Research Institute of Electronic Technology) is a brand new Chinese experimental airborne SAR system targeting multi-channel multi-mode SAR applications. A series of flight experiments has been carried out since April 2017 and the flight test for N-SAR is still on-going. So far, the main operational mode of N-SAR in our experiments is a new airborne SAR/InSAR operational mode named ABMP mode (Alternating Bistatic Multi-Polarized mode). In this paper, several preliminary experiments results containing the calibration of polarimetric SAR (PolSAR), the multi-channel SAR imaging and polarimetric SAR interferometry (Pol-InSAR) will be shown to validate the capability of N-SAR system primitively in this paper. Moreover, the main test site containing Weihe River and Huanghe River lies in Shanxi province in the northwest of China.
