In the paper, experimental system of W-band multi-channel FMCW synthetic aperture radar(SAR) for airborne is presented. In cooperation with U-tel co.(ltd, South Korea), Yonsei University(South Korea), is developing 94 GHz SAR system for airborne platform. Goal of design included conventional SAR parameters such as operation scenario, image resolution, image size, slant range, and signal level. The system was divided into three subsystems, transceiver, antenna, and processing board, in order to meet the design goal. Outdoor experiments were conducted within the campus to test the performance of the system.
