Decimeter very-high-resolution (VHR) SAR made it possible to map urban areas in very high level of detail. In particular, together with advanced InSAR techniques, now it is possible to retrieve the 3D shapes and other information of individual buildings. In China, the high-rise buildings are quite dense in urban area, especially in big cities and the centre of towns. It is of great importance to retrieve the 3D information of these high-rise buildings in city planning. In this paper, we want to show the possibility of high-rise building 3D information reconstruction in the wide urban scene using only one VHR InSAR phase imagery, which is experimented on the real data of urban area from a city in China collected by the airborne N-SAR system.
