Abstract:
Batteries and their cells were validated with Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and Incremental Capacity Analysis (ICA) over their cycle life. 3 different types of cycles were used. The low frequency (0,1Hz) impedance Z’’ is dependent on the degradation of battery behaviour during its life. The objective is to obtain a robust and reliable measurement method of batteries in the field.
