Abstract:
Omni-metrical measurement of sensor data in automated handling procedures enables manifold additional information about fabrication process. This paper shows how sensor data of different devices can be combined and connected to achieve additional information about the process status and the quality of the single process steps. Approach and methods of sensor data recording, aggregation and analytics are shown exemplary on a full automated demonstrator. Said method targets especially the meaning of vacuum grippers as connector of different process steps and discusses necessary data connections and technical configurations.
