Abstract:
Recently, cloud manufacturing (CMfg) has received a growing amount of attention among researchers in the manufacturing community. Cloud manufacturing is a customer-driven manufacturing model inspired by cloud computing. Its aim is to provide everything as a service. One of the main issues of CMfg is an interaction between the smart components on the smart factory for providing manufacturing as a service based on the cyber-physical system. This interaction and connection should provide trust between the provider and user. However, the current CMfg architecture developed based on a centralized structure, which brings centralization problems for service providers also trust based data sharing on the shop floor level. Also, shop floor level connection is not deeply study based on security problems. In this respect, we try to expend our previous concept of blockchain cloud manufacturing (BCMfg), in the shop floor level, we focused on machine level connection, and shop floor data sharing based on blockchain technology (BCT). Therefore, this paper used two type blockchain network; public and private for manufacturing service providers on the CMfg. The public BCN used for service provider level and private BCN used for shop level, which is connected to machine level for data receiving and gathering. The proposed architecture is explained and advantages are defined.
