Abstract:
Power system control centres are inevitable for the supervision of power systems. New technologies and innovative concepts need to be developed to ensure a stable, secure and reliable operation of the future power system. This paper describes a new concept for dynamic power system state tracking by continuous mirroring and discusses the applicability of a Digital Twin in the control centre energy management system for future power system operation and control.
