Abstract:
In the manufacturing field, production innovation to realize flexible and high productivity by human-robot-collaboration is required in order to respond timely to diversifying customer demands. In such a production site, collaborative safety which can construct the optimum system by using ICT, etc., and utilizing mutual information between human and robot is necessary in order to ensure the safety of workers in addition to high productivity. We have proposed a safety improvement level as an index of collaborative safety and developed devices applicable to collaborative safety. In this paper, we introduce new devices applicable to human-robot-collaboration and discuss their effect
