Abstract:
This paper provides an update on RADARSAT-2 operations and image quality. After 12 years, the satellite continues to operate extremely well and without degradation in image quality. A proactive approach is taken to strategic risk mitigation that anticipates problems and plans mitigations before they occur; this is illustrated with several examples.
