Abstract:
This paper presents a joint filtering method of multi-baseline interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR) based on kurtosis and non-subsampled shearlet transform(NSST). An empirical assumption for kurtosis of interferometric phase: the kurtosis of interferograms with different baselines keeps constant, is proposed and proved by simulated experiments. On this foundation, the noise level estimation of nature images is extended to multi-baseline InSAR. The filtered interferograms are obtained by three steps: NSST decomposition, soft thresholding shrinkage with estimated noise variance and inverse NSST. Experiments on simulated and real data show the excellently comprehensive performance of the proposed method.
