Abstract:
The minimum antenna principle gives rise to the extremely complex engineering implementation and data processing of spaceborne high-resolution and wide-swath (HRWS) synthetic aperture radar (SAR). To address this problem, a Multi-Swath Jump SAR with sound range ambiguity performance is proposed in the paper, which continuously switches multiple radar signals with non-overlapping spectrum to illuminate different areas during the transmitting time. To further obtain high resolution images, the received signals are processed by the methods of range spectrum splicing and azimuth multi-channel. In addition, some simulation experiments are executed to verify the feasibility of the SAR imaging mode.
