Abstract:
Within this paper, a framework for system cartography in digital energy use case environments and its evaluation is presented. The field of application focuses on blockchain based platforms and energy applications. The development process is conducted and described according to the Action Design Research methodology proposed by Sein et al. in [1]. Based on the identification of process steps dealing with data acquisition, transmission, processing and storage within energy architectures a visualization tool is proposed. Its goal is to meet the needs for describing and evaluating system architectures for practitioners as well as researchers.
