              Abstract:
              We demonstrate Silicon Photonics GeSi EAM modulator achieving beyond 300 Gb/s net data transmission rate. We show up to 160 Gbaud PAM4 and 256 Gbaud OOK transmission over 100 m of single-mode fiber satisfying 6.25% overhead hard-decision forward error correction threshold of 4.5×10-3.
