              Abstract:
              We demonstrate 128/140-Gbaud QPSK/16QAM S-C-L-band b2b transmission with commercially available components. The broadband thin film lithium niobate high-bandwidth coherent driver modulator and the InP intradyne coherent receiver with integrated 128 GBd class SiGe transimpedance amplifier are further characterised over an optical bandwidth of 200 nm.
