Abstract:
This paper presents an approach for personalization in ubiquitous environment. Currently more and more services require some personal information, e.g. personal preferences, about the user in order to work properly. In this paper Mobile Electronic personality (ME) service that contains such personal information about the user is presented. ME approach is based on the use of mobile device that contains the information required by the ubiquitous services. The operation of the Mobile Electronic personality service as well as the communication architecture is presented. The applicability of ME in ubiquitous environment is shown with a personalized ubiquitous sports news service.
