Abstract:
Regulatory and technology changes force incumbent Telecom operators to find a new position in the market. This article describes a possible position in the area of managed networks, services and applications. Three steps are foreseen, end-to-end network management, applications management and finally business functions management. The first step is elaborated in detail. An example is given.
