Abstract:
The development of an L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) antenna demonstrator has been undertaken by an industrial consortium led by EADS-Astrium Ltd under contract to the European Space Agency. A complete antenna column, made of two tiles operating in horizontal and vertical polarizations, has been built and characterized.
