Abstract:
Since June 2001 ERS-2 operates in Zero Gyro Mode (ZGM), significantly reducing the attitude control and causing the Doppler Centroid frequency to exceed the interval of 0.5PRF. Straightforward incorporation of these scenes in the Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSI) processing chain usually results in an overall loss of coherent information. Therefore, in order to cope with significant differences in the viewing geometry all phase measurements have to be corrected for an additional phase term based on their sub-pixel position. Here we will report on the attainable accuracy levels for these processing corrections on the Delft Corner Reflector test site.
