The stretching technique is widely used in ISAR system to reduce the sampling frequency, while a residue phase arises. In this paper, considering the residue phase, a new ISAR model is established, the relationship between the ISAR parameters and ISAR image is analyzed in detail, and the mapping between the target and ISAR image is presented.
