Abstract:
in particular the Doppler phase change rate to link positions in the distorted images to the corresponding positions in undistorted images. In this study the method has been applied to ISAR images generated using a monostatic ISAR algorithm on simulated bistatic point scatter data. The method may find application in special cases e.g. cases where processing algorithms offer speed or memory advantages at the expense of distortion, when only distorted images, not raw data, is available, or when only monostatic or only farfield processing tools are available.
